I am Talat Mahmud, a software engineer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, working on Octopi AI, a Kubernetes native AI governance platform. I build and secure web applications with React and Next.js on the front, Node.js and PostgreSQL with GraphQL or MongoDB behind them, usually spread across microservices. These days most of my attention goes to AI security and governance: researching how agentic systems get attacked and building the layers that keep them inside their intended boundaries.

On the infrastructure side, I mostly use IaC like Terraform, Ansible and ship through hardened CI/CD pipelines to cloud providers, AWS & GCP mostly, with security running through cloud posture, IAM, and Zero Trust.
