What kind of projects do you take on?
Full builds from idea to launch: web applications, mobile apps, AI agents and automation, and the infrastructure underneath them. I work with a small number of clients at a time, so each project gets real attention rather than a slot in a queue.
Do you work alone or with a team?
Solo by default. You talk to the person writing the code. When a project calls for a specialist skill, brand design for example, I bring in people I have shipped with before and stay accountable for the whole delivery.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is agreed after discovery, once the scope, timeline and risks are clear. You get a written proposal before any work starts, and the number in it is the number you pay unless the scope changes and we both agree to it.
I am not in your timezone. How does collaboration work?
Async first. I am based in Dhaka (GMT+6), and you get a written update every working day, working software at the end of every phase, and calls booked in advance inside your working hours. Most clients find they need fewer meetings, not more.
Will you sign an NDA, and who owns the code?
Yes. I sign your NDA before discovery if you need one, or provide a standard one. You own all project code, designs and assets once the final invoice is paid, and you receive the repositories and credentials as part of the handover.
How do you approach security?
Security is built in from the first phase, not audited in at the end: least-privilege access, hardened CI/CD, dependency and container image checks, regression and penetration testing before anything ships, and guardrails around any AI component so it can only act inside its intended boundaries.
What happens after launch?
Delivery includes deployment to production and a clean, documented handover, so you are never locked in. If you want me to stay on, maintenance with monitoring, updates and improvements is available as a separate ongoing engagement.
