What This Site
Collects
Last updated September 13, 2026
This is a personal portfolio run by Talat Mahmud. It collects the minimum needed to answer your messages and keep the site fast. There are no ads, no marketing cookies and no data sales.
The contact form
When you send a message, the form collects your name, email address, subject and message. That is everything it asks for.
The message is delivered to Talat's inbox as an email through Resend, an email delivery service. It is not stored in a database on this site.
Your email address is used only to reply to you. It is not added to any list.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission comes from a person. Turnstile processes your IP address and browser signals on Cloudflare's servers to make that decision; this site does not store them.
Analytics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure loading performance.
Both are cookie-free and aggregate. They record the page, referrer, country, device type and timing metrics, and they do not identify you across sites or sessions.
No advertising or marketing trackers are loaded.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent) for security and operations.
Those logs are governed by Vercel's own privacy policy and are not exported or analysed by this site.
Stored in your browser
Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage so it persists between visits. It never leaves your device.
No cookies are set by this site.
Third-party links
Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, YouTube, the App Store, Google Play, npm and client websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can ask for any message you sent to be deleted, and it will be removed from the inbox it was delivered to.
Analytics can be blocked with any content blocker without affecting the site.
This notice changes when the site's data handling changes. The date at the top reflects the last revision.
